FINALLY…. plus Mother Earth is being released

What can I say about the delays in getting this site published…

Actually, a lot, except most of it is how stupid I feel. I created most of this site three full months ago, and then never published it. Why? I honestly don’t know the real answer to that other than possibly burying my head in the sand about the business side of writing.

Here we are, though. I have to say that I like this much more than my last one.

Okay - Mother Earth is coming out!

I have comments on my Hard Decisions series about how I watched The 100 and loved how the main character was hit with brutally hard decisions that she had to make, and I wanted something that parallels that. For this series, it’s another one where I watched something and came away wanting the same flavor of things in a story. In this case? It’s Yellowjackets. For them, they’re on the way to a game and they crash and it’s a show about their survival as young girls mixed with them as adults. I wanted a series based more on the survival part of things and where there were more people involved - and a definite supernatural element involved.

I think I hit what I was going for here. I like Bell’s character. She had a brutal upbringing, but it’s that very upbringing that she despises with everything in her that very well may allow her to survive the wilderness and to bring along as many fellow classmates as possible.

Okay, that’s enough for now. I’m working on a schedule for blog updates, so I’m crossing my fingers that I stick with it….
